At check in 3:00 pm there where no rooms available. Our reservation was prepaid and and yet we still had to wait for almost and an hour to get in the room. The desk clerk was visibly upset and yet very apologetic. The rooms manager was very understanding and trying to assist. You had 89 rooms to clean and only had two housekeepers working. The problem was not the staff, who ever operates this properties needs to fix this problem. Grossly understaffed. So unlike any Marriott property I have ever stayed in, and I'm 75 years old,

When I checked in the woman at the desk didn’t greet me at all. As a matter of fact she only said, “I need your ID”. Then I realized her earbuds were in and she was on the phone. With a friend, complaining about her boss. Never spoke to me again. Other than that, the hotel was nice and clean and comfortable.

Upon checking in we were given a room that was obviously already occupied. The woman at the front desk that night seemed to be more concerned with the hotel being potentially overbooked than with the security breach that happened and the uncomfortable and scary situation my infant and I were put in. Luckily we were able to be provided a room, but there were multiple other issues. The fridge in our room was not working overnight, leading to us having to toss all of the snacks and drinks for our toddler and also the pumped breastmilk for my infant. When I tried to replace my toddler’s milk from the hotel breakfast, the only milk in the breakfast area fridge was either open or expired. Additionally, my husband had to go to the front desk to get more towels as one of ours was very heavily stained before use. When we checked out the woman at the front desk, was very kind and took note of everything for the manager, but it was still a very disappointing stay. We generally stay at Marriotts as they usually provide a great experience, but this one wasn’t it.

Clean room, staff is friendly, breakfast meh, great location..food, cvs, Walgreens and starbucks 2 miles away! We stay here annually. The hotel is getting old but its doing a big renovation. Can't wait to see next year!
