Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious and staff keep them well maintained. The pool and spa are beautiful, truly an oasis after a chilly day out on the slopes. The hotel offers a free shuttle from Canillo up to the hotel, which is definitely a lifesaver - it’s a long old, steep walk up from the village!"
