RELAX @ 48 - CLOSE TO BEACH (sleeps 7)

RELAX with a cool drink and BBQ on the deck of our coastal home. Outdoor table setting for 8 with ocean and bushland views. The home also has two other dining areas, large spacious 8 seater dining table which enjoys coastal breezes plus another dining area in the open plan kitchen/dining area.

This coastal four bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated in an excellent position on a one way street. The front yard is huge, so plenty of room to play cricket or park a boat or extra vehicles.

Extra large master bedroom with ensuite. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has two single beds and the 4th bedroom has one single bed. All 4 bedrooms feature reverse cycle air conditioning!

Kitchen features a large fridge freezer, electric oven stove and dishwasher for your convenience. Large spacious lounge room to watch television.

Free Wifi available.

Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer plus outside clothesline to hang your beach towels.

Hop, skip and a 2 minute walk and you can leave your footprints in the sand on our beautiful Lammermoor beach.

A 2 minute drive to Cedar Park shopping centre with supermarket, chemist, doctors, bakery etc and 4 minutes drive to Yeppoon CBD shops and two bigger shopping centres. 4 minute drive to Rosslyn Bay Harbour to put your boat in and discover the many islands of the Keppel Bay.

All linen is provided except for beach towels. Please bring your own toiletries.

PLEASE NOTE: Stairs to all living on top level. Steep driveway.
Additionally, the downstairs area is not included as part of the rental. This downstairs unit may be used by other guests during your stay. All features mentioned in the description above apply to the upstairs area available to you!

Nice big house, lots of space to relax in. A nice stroll down to the beach to get a coffee, plenty to see and do nearby

Told my family we were in tents for the holidays then pulled up at this place. Great place on a quiet street. 5 minute walk through bushland, one road crossing then beach. Family loved it. Hope to come back sometime.

Plenty of space and felt like home with small details like dishwasher tablets and some toys for the kids etc provided. Only downside was there was no wifi. We would stay again and this suited the size of our group as the 4 bedrooms meant everyone had their own room.

Large house in quiet location

Nice comfortable house within a 5 min walk to the beach. Just a short drive to Yeppoon which has great restaurants and shops. It would have been nice to have the basics such as salt, tea and coffee provided so they’ll need to be purchased before you arrive unless previous guests have left some behind. All in all a very pleasant stay

Great location!! Plenty of room.

Would have preferred more air conditioning other than that it was a great house. We lived on the balcony and absolutely loved it!! Great holiday house for a large family. All shops was very close by, a 2min drive. 5mins from Yeppoon CBD. Loved it we will definitely be coming back!! Loved the house... 👍🏼😍

Great Location close to everything

We enjoyed the location and the house was very roomy with great ocean breezes and glimpses of the ocean. The owners had a lot of unexpected items in the house such as tea, coffee,sugar, flour, cooking oil etc as well as ample toilet paper for 7 guests. 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the spar supermarket. Comfortable beds and pillows with ample blankets. The house catered well for visitors with jigsaw puzzles, crossword and puzzle books as well as magazines. very good place to stay and a reasonable price for the Easter break period.
