"The in was historic and was a very pretty adobe building. However, there are about 20 steps which you have to drag your luggage up to get to the inn, then we were on the 2nd floor, which meant carrying luggage up another flight of stairs - not a fun experience.
Breakfast was made to order."

"We arrived late and staff called to make sure they were ready for our arrival. Very nice staff and everything was so clean. The lobby area was nice. "
"This establishment was wonderful! Beautiful area, quiet, relaxing. The pool and gym were amazing and the bar! The staff, the food and the atmosphere were fantastic at the bar! The only thing that was lacking goes more to the general area but we did experience it at the hotel as well. When we checked in we experienced a bit of bad customer service. The attitude of the hotel person was not acceptable probably due to her own attitude and beliefs but this is 2025! She was a bit rude, snobby and offensive but as I said it seemed to coincide with the general area. I just feel when you run a business those attitudes have no place. We felt we were put in a handicap room because of that person’s personal feelings which had nothing to do with us. The sink did not function properly and the wall paint was unfinished. The coffee machine did not work and since the room was meant for a handicap person there was water everywhere in the bathroom. We just wanted to stay in a relaxed atmosphere that we could enjoy and we did some how experience that. I’m am providing our experience honestly so improvement can be achieved in the future. Aside from that experience everyone else on the staff was awesome and we will be back. "
