"Wow the property and staff were excellent! We were exhausted from overnight travel, and even though our room wasn’t ready, Gabrielle welcomed us to enjoy breakfast and the pool area. He was so friendly and hospitable. Angelo was very helpful with our luggage, taxis, and always had a smile whenever we saw him. The breakfast was our favorite compared to the two other hotels we stayed at during our vacation. Monica made us so comfortable and made sure we had anything we wanted. This place is a gem!"

Stefano at reception was helpful and accommodating. Salvatore on the beach went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We also enjoyed the evening piano player and Cristian was very engaging. I also broke a wine glass at dinner but was reassured by Francesco and his staff to not fret. They were so kind. We did find the food and beverage costs to be much more than the other hotel we stayed at in the city of Taormina, but we didn’t let that damper our experience. Grazie!!"
