"L'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires est appréciable (nous vous conseillons la visite de la propriété avec eux). Le logement est très agréable et reste relativement frais bien que dépourvu de clim. La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse et la piscine. Pour info il n'y a pas de volets aux fenêtres, portes et velux, mais des rideaux permettent d'assombrir un peu. Nous vous conseillons donc vivement ce logement imprégné de son passé viticole et restauré avec beaucoup de goût. Merci...

"Had an amazing stay, the location is absolutely perfect - right in the middle of town so really easy to explore. The Staff were friendly and helpful with good communication and the room was a decent size and very clear. we will be coming back !!"

"This is an excellent hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room faced the sea and the view was absolutely beautiful. The Eggs Benedict breakfast on our balcony was of my favorite things we did and it was delicious. Also, it was very relaxing having drinks in the bar, looking at the sea every evening before going out. The location in the town is perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone."

"Service was sublime. Paolo, the GM, greeted us at our car and had 2 staff members ready to take the car and bags so we did not have to park in the tiny streets. Elena and Paolo shared excellent recommendations throughout our stay. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco on the rooftop bar and a guide to Taormina and how to see the sites. Breakfast was a delight on the too floor with views of Etna and the sea. Homemade baked goods, local cheeses, made to order eggs and caffe. The room is small but well appointed and has a beautiful patio which extends the space. Bed was very comfortable and the AC was a nice benefit for cool sleeping. Everyone who works there is a delight and made our stay unforgettable."

"The hotel is run down and it shows. But it's location and views of the sea are excellent. The staff were responsive but not particularly friendly. Nobody asked us how our stay was. Breakfast is ok. The breakfast room faces the sea. But all the windows were closed and all the curtains drawn making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. "

"I highly recommend NH Collection in Taormina! Not only is it situated perfectly for touring the town by Foot. We had the best time walking the narrow streets with so many high-end stores and happy people. But… The highlight had to be the people that took care of us at this amazing hotel. Sarah at the front desk met all our expectations and beyond Carissa and Monica were always available. One more really special person I I have to mention… Angelo, who was always there, asking what he could do to help us. He helps with the bags and anything & everything else you could imagine. I felt like he was our best friend by the time we left. Just amazing. They all deserve five stars."
