BIG POCONO LODGE “Largest Home @ Camelback”

  • This spacious brand new 5 star property is located 1 block from Camelback Resort. We have created the ultimate Pocono vacation lodge. Enjoy this professionally decorated and furnished lodge with your family and friends. We have nine bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms with plenty of seating to accommodate all our guests. This house has three master suites with private bathrooms. Also there are six other bedrooms including two log cabin rooms for the kids or young at heart adults to enjoy. Our kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators and a 4ft wide Hibachi grill. Or BBQ on the huge deck and enjoy the Mountain View’s.

    Big Jacuzzi and a new wine tasting place 1 minute away

The pictures on this site do not do this place justice. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Kitchen was clean and open great for cooking for large groups. I would recommend and come back again for more trips.

This was a fantastic venue for our family get together. Everything was exactly as described. this included practically all you need for your stay. no problems at all with our group of 22 for three nights. Fantastic place, look forward to renting again..

Stunning Home

A absolutely beautiful place to stay for our entire extended family… all 18 of us. So much community space to be together away from the many bedrooms. So much to do at camelback but lots of quality time spent at the home as well playing games and eating and being together and never feeling crowded. Great communication with John!!! Just an easy experience that allowed us to create many memories together. Highly recommend this home!!!

Outstanding House

This was our second stay at John’s house. It is so perfect for a large group gathering. We had the greatest time playing games, hanging out, using the fire pit and just enjoying what the house has to offer. So fun and will be back again! The place is exactly as seen on website. Super clean … loads of amenities… all linens and towels were provided. There are no negatives to staying here.

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful, in great condition, and in a good location. We had a party of sixteen >60 yo guys stay for a long weekend. Everyone had a fun time. We watched sports on the various TVs, played pool and shuffleboard, used the jacuzzi, fireplace and fire pit, and visited the nearby brewery. A special shout out to the property manager who was very responsive to our questions and requests. Thanks John!

Perfect house for large family

This house was a perfect place for large family gathering. Minutes away from skiing. The house was very clean, perfectly themed, and multiple levels allowed everyone to enjoy their stay without feeling overcrowded. Our teens/children enjoyed the game room/lower level, and adults loved spending time by the fire and gathering around the kitchen. The one negative was we were not able to enjoy the hot tub. It had not been cleaned and was filled with algae. Other than that, we look forward renting this house again.

Wonderful Family Reunion! Perfect for us! We are ten Senior Citizen Siblings + our 8 Spouses

This home was perfect for our first annual Family Reunion. We are 10 siblings (60 yrs+) and 8 spouses. Even with all of our individual quirks and needs we all really enjoyed our stay. We were able to relax in our seperate rooms or enjoy each others company in the spacious living room, outdoor decks, kitchen, game room or dining area. We all had hours of fun in the Game room using the pool table, basketball game and playing shuffleboard. We enjoyed a bar-b-que meal outside. We later gathered around the spacious firepit for a wonderful time reminiscing and catching up with each other. This property's immediate area has everything you can possibly want in a vacation rental home. Fabulous places to eat, shop, have fun, and explore. The hosts were extremely accessible and very accommodating. We all appreciated the fact that they were very invested in all of us enjoying our stay. You will realize, like us, that they give a lot of thought to everything that people would want when staying at a rental house. God willing, we are looking forward to all of us celebrating many annual reunions at this fabulous property.

The host was super responsive throughout the whole process. On our first night he brought extra kitchen supplies that he had noticed we were short on to ensure we had everything we need for our stay. Excellent location with close proximity to Camelback ski resort. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and had plenty of space for the whole family. The Christmas tree in the living room was a great surprise! Hoping to return next year to celebrate Christmas again!
