Sleeping arrangements

Bedrooms 1 and 2: one 140 cm double bed each. Bedroom 3: mezzanine arrangement with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. Two guests sleeping separately can request two prepared bedrooms at no extra charge before arrival. The whole apartment is exclusively yours.

Comfort

Bed linen and towels provided; bathroom with bathtub. Central heating included from 20 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. Free public on-street parking, subject to availability. Invoices available for business stays.

Your choice of departure cleaning

An optional €30 flat fee per stay is available for direct bookings. With this option, we take care of the departure tasks. Without it, guests must wash the dishes, sort waste for recycling, sweep and remove the sheets from used beds before leaving.

Optional breakfast

Basket for the first morning: €18 for two people, plus €9 per extra person, up to 7 people. Request at least 48 hours before arrival, subject to confirmation.

Practical information

Ground floor, stairs only, no lift. Check-in from 3 pm; check-out by noon. Pets by prior agreement, declared when booking. No smoking or parties; quiet hours 9 pm–7 am.

Use the kitchen and village shops for meals; check opening hours. Restaurants are in surrounding villages. Optional paid pantry with prices and instructions on site. Self-service laundrette in the Super U car park, approximately 300 metres away.
