Não espere muito

Precisam melhorar a qualidade dos quartos, pq parecem finalizados com material de má qualidade. A cama range muito, TV pequena e somente canais abertos. Não podemos pedir talheres para o quarto, eles dão de plástico, pq "o patrão acha ruim"

Constrangimento de pagar novamente

Decepcionado, pois fiz uma reserva no site hotels.com com o pagamentos antecipado no dia 28/09/22 para pernoitar no dia 29/09/2022 ao sair pela manhã às 07:00 no dia 30/01/2022,tive o constrangimento de saber que o sistema do hotel não estava constando o meu pagamento e tive que pagar novamente, ontem entrei em contato com o hotel enviei os extratos de pagamentos do site e até agora estou no aguardo do extorno do meu cartão.

Em geral não foi boa, fomos atendidos bem mas por 180 reais as roupas de cama não estavam limpas, as de banho não eram boas e o ar fazendo barulho.
