"We loved our recent stay at fancy poconos caste. The house was just like it was pictured. Very spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed the swim spa, large patio and firepit. The beds were very comfortable. Omaira was extremely helpful and accommodating to any requests we had. We would definitely come back again! "

"Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is...

"The property owner never gave me access to the house and she never answered my calls or vrbo couldn't even contact her we had purchased food to cook while we stay there from 12/27/22 to 12/30/22 so all our groceries went bad then vrbo tried to put us in a hotel and there system was down so we contacted friends to send us money for hotel stay and food..this was one of the worst experiences ever"
