"We stayed at this massive villa over a long weekend and had a great time. The house is as pictured and perfect for large groups or family gatherings. There’s something for everyone and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the playroom. There’s also plenty of outdoor space and the house is ideally situated near the lake. "The house was much nicer than the pictures showed. They are in the process of remodeling and it was actually very nice. The host was unable to access Vrbo so he was not responsive to my messages. Vrbo put me in touch with him and he was on top of it from there. He was a good communicator once I got a hold of him. The place was much better than it looks in the pictures. The only down side was there are not nearly as many beds as listed. "

"Both floors Ac didn’t work properly and kitchen ceiling leaking constantly from upstairs bathrooms and part of ceiling dropped in kitchen , hot tub didn’t heat, kitchen sink leaking, stained couches , floor not cleaned Overall poorly maintained property but the service was okay, they did come drop off an ac unit for the bottom floor but overall we are not satisfied at all"

"We had our annual family weekend in Poconos. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 23 to 84. There was more than enough room for everybody to have their space but for all of us to be together when we wanted to as well. The game room and private pool were a big hit!! The property manager was so good at responding to all our questions. Wonderful house. Will definitely stay again. "
