Palais Moulay Said & SPA
Staff were courteous. Air conditioning worked periodically but the room was far too hot and humid. Breakfast was great and the riad itself was in good condition.

Savoy Le Grand Hotel
Upon arrival at the hotel with a confirmed reservation and proof of payment, I was told they no longer collaborate with Hotels.com. Despite showing my confirmation, they refused to honor it and forced me to book a new room. As a result, I had to pay twice, costing me an extra €260 per night.
