Beautiful location on the river, staff and guides were great, the ask inclusive feature was very convenient. A little bit difficult to get to but would recommend. Food was average but service and attentiveness made up for it.

Half an hour a at from Puerto Maldonado by boat , the place is lovely, with river view and a feel of the jungle without venturing too far. We felt like we got a good insight into the area, with included excursions on the river and into the jungle. Our guide Yuri, who was with us throughout, was very knowledgeable and good. The food was great and they had several veg options . Well stocked bar too . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay.

24/7 electricity as well as WiFi which many other properties didn’t have. Close to the city but still in the jungle. Pool. Good excursions and tour guides. Dog on site who lives at the property. Good meals.

We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but our stay was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. All of the staff was amazing; restaurant staff, particularly Leslie and Renzo, were very friendly and attentive, our guide Yuri was very knowledgeable, fun and accommodating. The excursions included with your stay are well organized and very worthwhile. We would definitely recommend IKAM and hope to return.

Stayed an extra night.

We have loved the tours, the guides were amazing. We got to see Capybara, Caiman, Night Monkeys, Howling Monkeys, Capuchin Monkeys, tarantulas, & Giant River Otters The lunches and dinners are great, everything was delicious. Breakfast is terrible with a very small selection and hot food not hot, cold food not cold. Pool is lovely just needs more lounges. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the lodge so much we extended our stay an extra night.

The 4 nights I had at the lodge were amazing. Thanks to all the wonderful staff who made me feel so welcome and looked after me to ensure the best experience. The Lodge is a wonderful resort of high standard, great amenities and food and service 5 stars. Every tour offered is special. The timing and planning of them, the energy and knowledge of the guides make for time really worthwile spent. It was obvious to me observing other tour groups from other providers that the lodge's tours were by far and away the best quality. Thank you so much! See you again!

Our tour guy, Yuri was amazing. The whole service and the staff were amazing. The reason for giving 4 stars but not 5 stars is that I went ahead with all inclusive package. However, when I arrived at the lodge, the drinks were not included. Not even one bottle of watter per meal. Drink prices afe somewhat high. Watter vottle 12 Soles, coke 30 Soles. It was quite a surprise. I also like to mention, if the pool was cleaner, I would sweep. Even the pump was off the whole time.
