"Nice location and friendly staff."

"Everything was great."

"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "

"Melhor hospedagem na ilha !!"

"Otimo hotel"

"This was my first time in Ilhabela and I’m grateful I chose to stay here! The staff were so amazing the minute I checked in and recommended so many great beaches and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and just like the pictures. The view from the pool over looking the beach and mountains is magical. You’re close to everything and can walk to restaurants and beach. I love to run so if you do to I’d recommend a run during the day or at night . I will definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect hotel, friendly staff and near to the beach. "

"clean... friendly, helpfull staff "

"As camas são ótimas; Quarto aconchegante; Quarto espaçoso; A organização do quarto é muito boa; O Café da manhã é muito bom, tem bastante variedade, porém é servido muito tarde. O box do banheiro estava muito sujo de mofo; Funcionários super educados; Localização excelente;"

"Amazing staff, clean, and amazing breakfast "

"Great stay in this lovely Hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is super friendly and some of them at the reception area speak English. The room was clean and quite big. It’s location to the historic center is great if you don’t have a car. Tour agencies, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. As well as several beaches. Breakfast was really good and at my departure day I could stay at their terrace/pool area after check out. I can highlighly recommend this hotel. "
