Perfect stay in perfect hotel. The Park royal truly has the best sunset. Hidayat in the restaurant was wonderful, she is very polite, friendly day and courteous.

Everyone was very kind and concerned about our experience. The hotel is beautiful and located on the edge of the historic area. The rooms are comfortable. They serve an amazing breakfast and tea. When on the first day, restaurant staff learned I was a vegetarian, they went and made special food for me! Then, afterwards they checked in with me to make sure I had a good selection. Quite amazing. A wonderful choice in Penang.
