"Lovely hotel with lovely reception staff. Too many flies around outside and on the breakfast food. That of course is not the hotels fault I think it’s due to the trees in the area but there were flies all over us constantly. Nice room and nice shower. The pool area and restaurant are lovely"

"Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à l’extérieur, il y à beaucoup de carrelage endommagé sur les trottoirs."

"The room was pretty clean but the towels and beddings have stains and need replacing or to be washed better. The bar had 3 basic alcoholic cocktails which were nice but becomes a bit boring after a while. The staff at reception were helpful however I believe that they’re in cahoots with the taxi companies to rip you off! I advise finding a taxi man that you like that offers good prices and stick to them or use inDrive. From the hotel to the medina we were charged 150-200 which is extortionate as inDrive would have taken you for 50 dirhams. All in all, it is a decent hotel if you are on a budget. It gets the job done especially if you’re a group of 3 and don’t want to book 2 separate rooms."

"Lovely hotel the staff were the highlight of the trip very friendly and hospitable. The food wasn’t as good as we thought it would be though for a 4 Star hotel. Breakfast was pretty average, the dinner was ok but it definitely wasn’t brilliant. Overall it was a great hotel. Highlighted by a lovely outlook to the pool from our room. Staff were brilliant. "

"1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget."
