"This hotel is beautiful and luxurious in the middle of an olive plantation. It has two pools with breakfast. The staff was very nice and friendly and front desk spoke English and Spanish. It is putside the city but for us was definitely worthwhile to relax, they offer a hammam experience! "

"This is truly a little gem, a half hour drive from the centre of Marakech. Julia and her team have created a beautifully decorated, calm and relaxing space to lap up the sun. "Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! "We came to Palais Amador looking for some relaxing time in the sunshine away from the stresses of home. What we found was a tranquil oasis with a family welcome that exceeded our expectations. From the welcome from Zac and mum on arrival to being greeted at breakfast by the kind and caring Amira, we could not fault how at home we felt. The food in the restaurant was great and the cleanliness and service exceptional. When we wanted a day trip into Marrakech, the arrangements were taken care of for us leaving us to enjoy the time we had there. We would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place and will definitely look forward to visiting again in the future. "

"I nearly cancelled my stay here, with my 10 year old, when I read the recent reviews leading up to our stay. But my son loves swimming and water parks, so I thought we’d give it a go and not expect too much; we were only staying for 3 nights. It far exceeded my expectations and we had a great time here. The hotel and waterpark is tired, in places, and it’s not luxury, but the lovely staff and my son’s smiles made up for that. The all inclusive food was nice. I can imagine it might get repetitive after a week, but there are so many options. It was busy at peak meal times, but we were there in high season so can’t expect a peaceful dinner. The staff work incredibly hard to keep fresh food coming out and tables cleared and cleaned. We were allowed to stay after we checked out, until 6pm as my son was enjoying it so much. We would definitely go back, for another short stay, if we go to Marrakesh again. "
