We are renting out our house, located 400 metres from the centre of the village of Talloires and 450 metres from the lake and the beautiful Talloires Bay. <br>This means you’ll be just a stone’s throw from the village of Talloires and its amenities (beach, water sports, restaurants, convenience store, tobacco shop, bike rentals, tennis, bakery, and a market on Thursday mornings). <br><br>Our house is laid out as follows:<br><br>- Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen partially open to the living room, a half-bath, a bathroom with a single sink, shower, and toilet, a bedroom (160 cm bed), and a separate half-bath. An outdoor terrace is accessible from the living room and the kitchen.<br><br>- Ground floor: three bedrooms (one bedroom with a 180-cm bed, one bedroom with a 160-cm bed, and one bedroom with a 2x90-cm bunk bed, with the option of a third single bed), a bathroom with a double sink and bathtub, and a separate toilet. A cot can be added to one of the double bedrooms.<br><br>You can enjoy the outdoors by relaxing by the pool or savouring a meal around the barbecue or griddle. You can also enjoy an aperitif while playing darts or taking in the lake view. You can set out on various hikes starting right from the house (Angon Waterfall, Tournette, Roc de Chère).<br><br>You’ll have access to a washing machine and dryer in the basement. <br><br>Sheets provided.
