The hotel was in a great location, right off the main highway. It was quaint and comfortable. It was just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to many local restaurants and fast food places.

This is by far one of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed in. Check in was simple and the owner was affable. The room is spotless as is the bathroom. Comfy bed, love seat, desk for doing work and easy to get on the Wifi. If I had to make any recommendations it might be to put a safety bar in the shower to assist in getting in and out. All in all, I highly recommend this property.

This was my 3rd time staying at the Royal Inn. It had recently been given a facelift and brightened up the property. This is definitely a no frills motel, but rooms have always been clean and bedding is fresh. I had a room with a refrigerator with a freezer, needed for medication needed to be kept cool. Will stay again.

This was a fabulous surprise. This little motel with parking at your front door was so clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk, which I believe may have been the owners, were marvelous. The morning we were to check out I had a vertigo attack. My husband and I were both very stressed And the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. He let us stay as long as we needed to without any extra charge. I would stay at this place every time I go by Perry, Florida.
