Newly constructed architectural wonder! This 3 bed 3 bath towers 3 stories tall with a rooftop patio complete with full bar, mini fridge, and a 75 inch flat screen. The interior design is nothing short of artistic. Each bed and bath carries its own style staying true to its lux cool white base and a sexy black trim. This space was made to entertain. There were no limits designing and decorating this masterpiece which was specifically created for short term rentals with a focus on rooftop events!

Modern townhome in great location

We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any issues with checkin. Home was just as pictured and very clean. Would definitely stay again if we were in the Tallahassee area.

Such a cute place!

Hated we only got to stay one day, but this was the perfect place for our trip to Tallahassee. It was clean, well decorated and in a great neighborhood close to everything. And my daughter loved the personalization to our trip. Go Noles!

Beautiful house for social gatherings

Scheduled my husband's birthday party at this home and it was lovely. The roof top deck was a huge hit! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, and there was plenty of room for everyone to mingle. Some things to know ahead of time- request the TV be installed on the roof top prior to your event. Also, the table, chairs and stools pictured on the roof top were not there but we had folding chairs so it wasn't an issue. Will be requesting additional stays in the future!
