"My sister I stayed in May, A lovely house very clean and comfortable, the area is very nice and safe to walk around surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife, it was nice to sit on the porch in the evenings very peaceful place, in a nice neighborhood, there is a beautiful church across the road, people in Tallahassee are very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend this property."

"Property is as pictured. Yard was great for our dogs and fenced in fully which was nice. Very minimal with the decor and random furniture in the livingroom room/dining room but doesnt affect the stay. We just used it for one night while our pup had surgery and we worked from the house: it was a place to sleep. Host left extras in the kitchen which was nice like granola bars, coffee, tea, mini cereal boxes, etc which was a nice touch. A little dusty but maybe expected in an older house if it has...

It was a little warm to use the fire pit, but it looked like it would be great in cooler weather. There is one large couch in the living room, which would benefit from a coffee table. My only significant complaint is that the listing promised a hot tub, but there wasn’t one."

"I reserved this VRBO for three weeks and ended up leaving 6 nights early. The owner was very responsive to text messages during check-in and the stay. I asked if he could check on getting me a refund or a partial refund for the six days of my reservation and he said he would check. But instead of checking and answering me, he just blocked my text messages. Not cool."
