I messaged the property about it prior to check out but they never responded"

"The check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very welcoming. I am removing a star for two reasons: 1. my room was very humid and 2. it does not have an elevator which can be an inconvenience if you've been traveling for a bit or have a lot of luggage. Other than that, I highly recommend it. The room was comfortable and the decor was fun."
