The place was very nice. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good. I felt very safe there. Parking was super easy. Would love to stay there in the summertime because there's a pool out front but I only travel to Tallahassee once a year

The staff was great, but the facilities were not good. The bathroom door was so swollen by the humidity that it would not close. The floor was dirty. The heater would turn on and off every 5 minutes and would make loud noises every time it would turn on our off. I had so much trouble trying to sleep.

Very nice personnel, but the hotel is older, room interiors are worn. The floor didn't feel clean. All rooms are by exterior entry, which isn't obvious in the picture. Pool was clean and nice.

The property has no real issues, but it needs a little TLC. The room looked “cleaned, “ but there were stains on the walls and hair on the bathroom floor. The shower floor is stained, making it look dirty and unkempt. Breakfast was okay; diligent staff constantly refilling, making sure we didn’t run out…. A nice, comfortable bed was all I needed for the weekend, so I have no complaints there.
