Great single family home. Open combo living/dining room, french doors opening on to a large deck. Quiet neighborhood with mature trees close in to town. Eat-in full kitchen with large refrigerator. Master bedroom with queen, firm mattress and laptop/work station. Guest bedroom with twin bed that pulls out to a king and another bedroom with full/twin bunk bed. High speed 140 Mbps internet, 140+ channels, Netflix, Roku, Chromecast. Keurig coffee bar w/ free Keurig and drip coffee. Rental-only property for a clutter-free environment. Great house & location

This is an excellent property in a quiet, established neighborhood and super central! We stayed for an FSU game and it was perfect for 2 adults and two 17-year old boys. The house is very clean, very well appointed, and very comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

We were very happy here - we came up to visit one of our son, his wife and our grandsons. House was clean and stocked with necessities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and access in and out of subdivision was quite easy. Host communication was easily done and they were prompt to respond. Check in and access was very easy. Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. Excellent communication from the owner, who stopped by to check in with us shortly after our arrival - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again
