Enjoy this updated townhome in Midtown, one of Tallahassee’s most desirable and walkable neighborhoods. You’re one block from Lafayette Park and just minutes from Florida State University, Florida A&M University, the Capitol/downtown, and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). It’s an easy fit whether you’re in town for an FSU game, visiting friends and family, working at the Capitol, or needing a comfortable base for medical or extended stays.

The space
The main level has an open layout with a remodeled kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances (including dishwasher), cookware, and basics for cooking at home. You’ll also find a comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa, a smart Frame TV with streaming apps, and a half bath, plus a private balcony that’s perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Upstairs, you’ll find two relaxing bedrooms — each with its own private bathroom and generous closet space.

Note: The listing photos still show carpet, but the stairs and both bedrooms were recently updated with bamboo flooring to match the downstairs.

There’s a full laundry area in the attached garage. Parking is easy: guests can park on the street right by the front door, or use the garage at the back.

Guests staying longer will appreciate the high-speed internet, ample storage, garage parking, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and the central Midtown location close to restaurants, coffee, and nightlife

This place is a gem! Quiet, Comfortable, clean and spacious; terrific for a small family. Convenient to shops & stores for any of the small things you may have forgotten. Host is responsive to inquiries & needs! Access to garage for parking vehicle is a plus - but street parking is available.
