"Clean rooms and very fun environment for kids!"

"We stayed one night - hoping to surprise our kids the last day of our vacation. We we’re disappointed that most of the water features were closed for construction/ seasonal when we arrived . It would have been nice to have an updated website before we booked it as we were expecting more water features to be open. Also our room linens were stained- and it was obvious. So that put into question how clean other things were. We would not stay here again."

"Very welcoming staff, comfy beds and good breakfast. Pool is perfect for little kids. Love the coffee! Location is great, just off the interstate and easy to get to attractions, we were 30 minutes to Dollywood"

"Was surprised how spacious the rooms were the indoor pool was clean. The area was clean at the time. We stayed the outdoor pools locked. Maybe to do for maintenance, not sure"
