Reserved a smoking room. No ashtray and first night, man at front desk couldn't find one. Had to use a cup with water in it. Robin, next day found one right off the bat. Microwave is ancient and made a lot of noise. Bed was lumpy. 2nd day, no housekeeping so had to get towels from front desk. No bugs which I am always worried about at a hotel. Staff was friendly, especially Robin.

The clerk was very nice an presented herself well. Room was clean an bathing areas was very tidy. Very quiet, safe a pleasant atmosphere. Have stayed here on more than one occasion an it’s always pleasant. Thanks to all who make this happen.

You get exactly what you pay for here. I had an unplanned visit to Morristown and was on the cheap. The room was clean but the linens were threadbare. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Had some pot smokers which is always off putting inside, take it outside! If I had the extra cash to go across the street to the Hamptons I would. Not a pleasurable experience, but not one I didn't expect for the rate I paid, cheap hotel.

Super Vape would be a better name for this hotel. The lobby, hallways, and even the non-smoking room stink from the vape and cigarette smoke wafting through. I commented about it to the lackadasical desk clerk and she said, "well, it's a smoking hotel." I'm pretty sure she was generating some of the smoke and/or vape stench right there behind the desk. If we hadn't prepaid, I would've moved on to a different hotel. The room was relatively clean, the bed is comfortable and the daytime clerk was very sharp and can-do on the phone so, I'd give this place a 2.5.

First, we booked a double room and received a suite, which was fine but it did not accommodate my family of 4. The first room smelled better than the second one. The second room smelled of cigarettes and mold. The stairwell smelled of smoke and the hotel is extremely out of date. The linens were dingy, wore out and had stains ( of blood and other bodily fluids.) My husband even saw ROACHES this morning. We immediately left. We stayed at a super 8 in Jackson and it was clean and cute. This hotel sucks

I booked the only available room showing at the time of booking and didn’t notice it was a smoking room. I didn’t know hotels still allowed smoking in rooms so because I arrived at 2 am due to construction and traffic during my 7 hour drive I said ok. On top of the room smelling horrible it was filthy the floors hadn’t been vacuumed nor the counters cleaned. I checked the bed and the sheets seemed clean so I took the 70’s bedding off which had stains all over it and used my own blanket to just get some sleep. I woke up early Saturday and seen roaches coming out of my food bag which only had bananas and oranges in them so I threw them away checked out and got a different room. This room cost too much for what I was given. Also the next day they offered the same room to my daughters friends mom which she refused to stay in it and got a totally different room. Maybe I got a bad room I’m not sure but I will not stay here again if that’s the kind of room you give to someone.
