There is No Reception, as is stressed in the property description, so they want you to arrive at a specific time. We did not, but a woman did hear me and came out and gave us our keys. "This is a creepy little hotel in a creepy little town. Looks like it might be quaint in the pictures, but it is not. Went to the "front desk" to check in and no other guests seemed to be around.
