"The Morales is conveniently located just a short walk from the central plaza in Guadalajara, surrounded by a vibrant shopping and dining scene. The streets felt safe to walk even in the late evening. The Morales is a beautiful historical building with a picture worthy lobby and atrium. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with minimum street noise. The breakfast buffet is quite good although there are better options near by. Our only complaint was the concierge and doorman were decidedly unhelpful and seemed concerned with chatting with the security staff rather than helping us find transportation etc. Nevertheless, we recommend the hotel and had a fantastic time in Guadalajara."

"The location is perfect for sight seeing and in walking distance to museums and entertainment. The rooms are kept clean and maintained . Our hose keeper Betty was amazing , super friendly , and always smiled and greeted us . Will be returning soon. "
