The hotel was clean and conveniently located to downtown attractions and lots of restaurants. The room was pretty basic. The water has a strong sewage smell and it's unpleasant to shower and brush your teeth with. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location, just minutes from downtown. The staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The location of the hotel was perfect for what I needed to do. However, the actual hotel was another story. When we arrived they had a notice posted of the water being shut down until 5 pm. When asked if it impacted the use of the bathroom/shower the person answered with a nasty attitude. The biggest issue was the strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom in general- it was disgusting. Even the water coming from the shower head smelled like sewage. For the price of the upgraded rooms, it is not worth it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Standard amenities, room was ok. my room was clean for check out way before I was out of the room & I had to stay with a relative in their room. Water in shower stunk as if it was not clean. Breakfast was ok but got sick half way through my day and spent a great amount of time in the restroom.

This was a great, affordable, comfortable recommendation by a friend in Mexico. It's in the historical part of the city in walking distance to many attractions. Easy to book tours for pickup or meet up locations. Bed was firm as I like it and the pillows for me were super. Evetything was super clean. Note that although there is a coffee machine with cups in your room, there is no coffee, tea or condiments so be ready to bring this:)
