"The Host emailed clear directions to get to the property. On arrival, we couldnt fault the cleanliness or believe how spacious it was. Just perfect for my large tribe.The beach and nearby shops were easy to walk to 10-15 mins.We were lucky enough to have brilliant days so beach and swimming everyday.Kitchen facilities and outdoor BBQ was awesome as we shopped for a small grocery items such as breakfast and a few dinners. Was lovely to read about the families beginnings and how Turou Retreat came to be.Also had a variety of brochures about all the different activities in and around Rarotonga which was superb.Thank you so much for this glorious opportunity to experience Rarotonga for all of us.Meitaki Maata. "The cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Each bedroom had its own lock and the layout of the house was fabulous, with the lounge and kitchen in the middle. Was great having two full bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower on both bedroom wings of the house. The gardens were just blissful to sit, sunbathe and read in. The beach hut was a fabulous addition and we spent hours using the kayaks and paddle board. Connie’s thoughtfulness of all the small additions in the house was so appreciated. So many bathroom and beach towels. Great long clothesline and washing machine that took family loads of washing. The location of the house was in the perfect spot for fabulous snorkelling and so close to two big supermarkets and numerous cafes and restaurants. Connie is one of those fabulous hosts that truely loves what she does and it shows in the property and in your dealings with her. She went out of her way to help us with little things like sorting out a gym for our teen to attend, to helping sort a surprise birthday cake for the 13yr old. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again. 5Star rating for everything. Connie you are fantastic!!!"
