"The staff really made this trip better for us. We are not traditional tourists. My husband was having an art exhibition and we had lots of luggage and work type needs.The staff helped us make a local call for an appointment and called a taxi for us. The room was wonderful. I wish they would add a few detailes to their website so that its clear the delux studio has a wash machine in the roomand soap. However, this is minor in the grand scheme of things. The location can't be beat. There is a grocery store right around the corner and so many popular sights to walk to."

"I was absolutely surprised at how luxurious this hotel was. Beautiful spacious rooms, gorgeous views. Immaculate service! Provided all kinds of drinks, coffee, hot tea, matcha, etc in room. Provided toiletries and amenities. Spacious bathrooms with separate tub & shower. Amazing 10/10 stay."

"Great place to stay. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was convenient that there is a grocery store right next to it. The hotel offers free shuttle service to golden pavilion and bamboo forest, two popular tourist spots. The driver is very helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, good price and delicious variety of food. They have high chair available at the dining area. "
