"Hotel staff was super friendly, especially the housekeepers. The room was bigger than I had expected and the room temperature very comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. I opted for breakfast which was a good choice. It was delicious with many options (sausage, roast beef, bacon, marinated pork, ramen,etc). And the breakfast staff was fantastic. So considerate, helpful and friendly. I really looked forward to seeing them every morning (9 nights). It was also close to the train station which...

"I stayed here with my kids, ages 7 and 9. It has a beautiful cafe attached and kind, welcoming messages and staff. The room was stylish, cozy and comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk from the station where we met our guide for a full day flower farm tour. We are staying another night! There are four comfortable beds in our room so we slept very well. We love the Italian restaurants - all the dairy products in Hokkaido (cheese, ice cream, yogurt, milk) and the fruit are delicious. "

"Room is small for families but clean and comfortable. Cleaning is not done daily and some amenities are self service. It would be nice to have some staff help with the luggage as porter services are non existent. The dryer onsite is very weak and did not dry clothes well even after 45 mins use."
