"The check in with smooth. They spoke Japanese along with Chinese and English. There were snacks, water and tea available in the lobby. The place was a bit outside of city center however a very comfortable stay. I just wish they had more dressers in the room. Seems to be a consistent theme in Taiwan no dressers and storage in the rooms"

"Right smack in the middle of the night market. Convenient to buy food and bring back to hotel to eat. Need a late night snack? No problem, food is right smack at the door step. A few 24hr convenience stores nearby. Everything was good except for 2 things, entrance to the hotel is really stinky and the window is really tiny. I guess a tiny window helps in reducing the sound coming from the road and night market. Sound insulation between rooms and corridor not very good but acceptable."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It had so many great amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The foot hot tub was a standout, soothing our tired feet after a long day. The breakfast and late-night snacks were a real treat, and they made parking super convenient too. Highly recommend!"

I also accidentally left an item behind at checkout and the housekeeping staff/front desk reached out to let me know so I could pick it up in a timely manner- I was so grateful for their trustworthiness and honesty! "The room and the bathroom were spotless! The lobby is a nice size and has a microwave and toaster. It is a self check-in, self check-out hotel but there is always someone available to help. The woman who helped me spoke english and was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was able to store my luggage there after checkout, for 4 hours."
