Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean, efficiently designed. The bed was excellent—always a pleasant surprise in a hotel. The desk was simple, but very useful. Suggestion: two rolls of toilet paper instead of just one, and something to put luggage on in the closet space.

部屋のお掃除、タオルとシーツの交換を依頼する場合、部屋の入口にあるスイッチで知らせるシステムですが、分かりにくいのでスイッチのところに「要交換」「交換不要」など記載しておくと分かりやすいと思います。交換希望だったのに好感されていなかったので、わざわざ受付に依頼しに行きました。

立地は抜群で、お部屋もリノベーションされてきたので、古くても気にならず快適に過ごせました。ただ、タオル類が古く、ちょっと生乾き臭がしたのが、残念でした。またシャワーの水が洗面所に漏れてしまうのも…2泊目からは気を付けてシャワーしましたがやはり漏れました。それ以外は本当に快適でした。また機会あれば利用したいホテルです。

1.깨끗합니다. 2. 프런트를 지나서 입구가 있어요. 왔다갔다하는데 직원들의 시선이 느껴져서 불편해요. 3. 창문은 있지만 블라인드를 열면 옆건물에서 바로 보여서 블라인드를 계속닫아야해요. 창문이 없큰것과 같아요. 4. 슬리퍼가 없어요. 원래있는데 없는건지 전화가 없어서 프런트에 가서 말하기 귀찮아서 그냥 지냈어요 4.1인여행, 1인출장에는 괜찮지만 커플, 가족과는 완전 비추에요.
