Stayed here for a week and such a comfortable hotel! Really liked the lounge area where we could go chill in, the gym was great, and the room (and bed) were spotless and comfortable.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel does not have restaurant, but they provide free snack in the canteen. They also have good sitting area in the canteen, as well as dishes and utensil, so you can have meals ordered out, and eat with your family/group in the canteen area.

Charming and clean boutique hotel

A charming and clean boutique hotel in a residential area. Located in a convenient 5 min walk location to catch west/east and north/south MRT in Taipei. Free snacks and beverages in the coffee sitting area is definitely a bonus. Large capacity washer and dryer are available onsite which is nice for those that need to do laundry.

Great location! Really close to the metro, very clean facility. Only deducting a star because the light went out in our bathroom (which was fixed promptly) and the wifi went out on our last day(we were leaving so wasn't a problem)

Clean hotel and close to MRT station. Only stayed one day so did not have the full experience. Nice common area with pool, snacks, coffee and plenty of sitting area. Has coin operated washer so likely good for longer term stay. Gym present with ping pong table. A couple of outdoor patio area in first floor next to common area and on top floor. Raining so did not have chance to enjoy. Room good, no safe, clean with refrigerator (small). Full/queen size bed.

Have been stay in this hotel so many times already, it was clean and service was very good before. But this time I can see the change of hotel. The room is not clean, with a lot of hairs on the floor and bed footstool. The frond desk service is so so compare to before. Room’s telephone change to the one that can’t call the frond desk. So I don’t know what’s the point to have a phone in the room.

Everything is great. Near to MRT station. Room is clean. There is a common area on Ground floor with free can’t free and biscuits. Staff is helpful and polite. Just a minor comment that it takes a little bit time to get the water hot for shower.

Spacious room

The room was big just like the pictures showed in the website. It has plenty of room to place two opened large luggages and one stroller. It also has a dining table and sofa. You could eat or enjoy the TV time in the separate spaces. There is a entertainment room in the first floor. You could have some snacks there. The bed is big too and I had a good sleep there. We'd like to use the bathtub, however, it's leaking. The water drain in the shower area was too slow. Except that, it was a good stay for us. Recommended!

Everything was great! Loved the convenience to local food, stores and the metro station. The room was extremely clean and spacious (the extra dining and sitting space was awesome). Having king sized beds was lovely. The only minor comments are: there was no outlet in the bathroom to plug in a hair dryer etc. Also, the TV channels were limited to local stations. We could not connect to Netflix even after following the instructions. But these are definitely not a deal breaker to stay again. Thank you!!

Excellent all-around stay!

We loved our stay! Most hotels in Taiwan have smaller beds (typically double size), which is too cramped for us! We were excited to find a super spacious room at Royal Rose with two KING sized beds at a reasonable price! The room had a mini "living room" area which was great since some of us have different sleep schedules, allowing some of us to engage in other activities while others slept in. There was also a dining table, which was great for enjoying takeout meals (helpful in Taipei since many food stands don't offer seating). The service was excellent too; the front desk staff was very helpful and responsive, and they spoke English. We also loved the dining area where they offer free drinks, snacks and fresh-baked goods all day (the cookies were soooo delicious!) The dining area even included a pool table and foosball table! We also liked the hotel location, as it was pretty close to several tourist attractions. The only downsides I can think of were relatively minor. Instead of tiles, the shower was lined with tiny pebbles that were somewhat painful to step on. Fortunately they provided a shower mat to provide some relief. Additionally, the room smelled a little musty (Taipei is so damp!), but they did provide a dehumidifier which helped a bit. Overall we had a great stay... highly recommended!

Lovely bouqitue hotel at city center

A modern and well-maintained boutique hotel, nested in local neighborhood but only 5 mins of walk away from a centrally -located subway station. Friendly staff, very spacious room, and great amenities. Our kids love the dining area where they can grab snacks and juices on our way back or ok our way out.
