The hotel is close to Taipei Main station and Airport Express for convenient. Service is good and staffs are helpful. We turned on the “do not disturb “ they still kindly provided all cleaned towels, slippers and water in a bag at the door for us😊 The only problem are, 1) not enough light at the room 2) AC is set at 21 degrees and the fan is continuously on, too cold, or too hot if turned it off.

Had a decent stay at this hotel. It is pretty close to Taipei Main Station, and as soon as you walk in, there's a self-check in terminal to get your room key. There's also a front desk if you'd prefer to check in at reception. The room itself was decent, had good a/c, and was clean. Breakfast was paid in advance and it was your standard Taiwan continental-style breakfast, complete with several different choices for bread, plus fruits and salad, as well. What I didn't enjoy was having to clean my own table and carry my tray to the other side of the room when I was finished eating. I'm a guest - not an employee, and this shouldn't a responsibility of the guest. Overall, I would consider staying here again simply for the location and price.

The cleaners are good, I had fresh towels everyday, they clean the room daily. Staff were courteous, but need to improve their English communication skills. Breakfast though good, also need assortments.

We love staying at this hotel in Taipei. We arrived past midnight and the 24 hour front desk was a must. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is our favourite part.
