Well maintained, very clean and quiet. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Only suggestion I have would be for the hotel management to consider providing hand soap for handwashing, doesn’t necessarily needs to be a one-time soap bar, can be in a dispenser like the shower and hair shampoo inside the shower.

Evergreen Laurel staff makes us feel at home by greeting us whenever we enter the hotel and helping with our heavy bags. The whole staff, from managers to the bell boy, are genuinely interested in and assisting us.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel does not provide amenities like mini soaps, moisturizer, ,etc. but does have shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower. The shower had the highest water pressure I've ever experienced!. My room had no view (faced a cement wall) but it was very quiet.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and several bus stops. The room is very big, and it is extremely quiet! Although it is in the city center, we cannot hear anything from the streets. The staffs are all very nice and helpful. This is definitely a great hotel we want to stay again! And for us, this is also a magic hotel. At our checkout, the staff (Jensen Hong) magically took out a wallet and asked my daughter if this is hers. Our jaws dropped as we did not even realized it was lost. Then she remembered she placed it on one of the lobby tables when working on her hairs and forgot to pick it up. Jensen was able to recognize my daughter’s face and returned the wallet ! A big thank you to Jensen and other staffs!

Excellent hotel to stay if you are looking for something quieter and away from hustle of Taipei Main Station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Front desk is very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Before booking...
Evergreen Taipei located near metro station, convenient for travelers. Hotel services were pretty good. Room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has plenty to choose. The sound insulation was not as good as I expected. I heard clearly and quite annoying guest upstairs (same room location and configuration) blow flute during the night while sleeping. Kids running around upstairs can also be heard quite loud. The hotel does not have heated air conditioning during the local cold winter no matter how high you set the thermostat. Only solution is turned off. Hotel respresentative indicated no heating is a norm even during the winter. Hotel does not have fitness center. Stationary bikes and treadmill can be requested but not guaranteed.

Hotel good, rooms are quite big with good sitting desk refrigerator no small freezer to make ice cubes. No ironing board or iron. Good breakfast. Umbrella in the room and reception if needed. Quite few restaurants around very next door on the right there is a take out, juice shop, bakery, salad restaurant. Songiang Nanjing Metro green and orange line 10 minutes walk can get to all attractions easily. Bathroom shower very good commode has heated seat automated water water sprayer.

People were very helpful and it was really clean! Very close to the yellow and green subway line! Dining options, not as much as some other areas of Taipei as it is more of a business district. I would stay again and would recommend!

Very convenient location, 4-5 minutes walking to near MRT station, but have to transit at Ximen restaurant's when going to train station. Restaurants and convenient stores are nearby. The hotel looks very beautiful inside. Room is spacious and clean, the carpet looks dated. Staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. High recommended.
