Many times stayed at this hotel. Staff are friendly and rooms are cleaned. Cleaner cleans room everyday and are very polite. In term of accessibility, is walking distance to train station, Ximend. Also, just a stone throw to the Ximending centre with many good dining area. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks.

The hotel is located in a major shopping area and is actually in a small mall. It is a very safe, fun and walkable area. It close go the subway as well. The room was simply OK but it worked for a 2-night stay.

The staff in this hotel are very nice and informative. The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s close to all attractions. The cleanliness of this hotel needs a lot of improvement. The bathroom has black mold on the wall.

Good location: stores conveniently nearby, close to subway, restaurants, Ximending night market … Staff is very friendly & helpful. Room is ok with old carpet and with no closet. Overall my family, 4 persons, are happy during the time in the hotel.

My child left his wallet in the bag and lost money. "The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but I was disappointed because it smelled like cigarettes."It was always a dark room without windows, so I thought it would not be a bad idea to just sleep." The location was in the city so it was easy to understand and convenient.

It's perfectly located in the middle of shopping and dining--so convenient! Also the air conditioner was easy to use. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early because the room was ready. There were umbrellas available in the rain. He also told us where we could store our luggage overnight at Main Station after leaving the hotel. However, the hotel appears to be just on one floor and it was very loud. Constantly doors closing and people talking. There are signs posted around the area asking people to be quiet after 10pm, but it was hard to sleep because it was so loud. Also the bathroom was weird. The door doesn't go all the way to the ceiling and it doesn't close a little bit (if it's a little bit closed, it just opens by itself). Also the shower floor had some pieces that broke easily, which was annoying.

Didn’t stay the night. The sheets smelled like trash (like actual garbage not sweat just straight up garbage) they also had a few stains here and there. The posting said they have laundry they do not you have to walk further down the street for coin laundry. Also claims to be soundproof it’s not I could hear everything going on in the other rooms. The staff was pleasant and kind but that’s about the only good thing about this place. The state of the room also needs updating.

Normally, I don’t write reviews, but this hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The bed was so sunken that my husband and I could feel the springs poking our back every night. My husband and I suffered through 7 uncomfortable nights. To make things worse, my husband experienced something eerie right before falling asleep, he felt as if someone grabbed his arm twice. This happened after we had already changed rooms due to another unsettling incident in our first room. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel started renovation work in the room next to ours early in the morning while we were still sleeping. We paid money only to go through all of this. I can only recommend this place if you care solely about being close to shopping areas but honestly, I believe there are far better hotels nearby.
