The first experience at time of check-in was terrible. You have one junior girl posted in the Reception Area; while there were more than 3-4 trainees standing by the side (probably receiving training at the corner of the Reception area. We have booked 5 rooms for 9 persons - there was no help being offered, and the junior girl in the Reception Area was very confusing, taking us to waste a lot of time to check in and to obtain our Room Card.
Towels are very old in the rooms making a total uncomfortable feelings. Lightings are not easy to handle especially unable to turn off all the lighting by leaving one of the toilet light up - practically it was not workable despite of the fact I travel all the time for business and pleasure staying in many cities all these years.
Horrible breakfast, terrible service. Your waiters would not even offer any free coffee, eg Latte... or anything on the menu, We didn't see any menu card on the table on Sat & Sun, and it was not shown until Mon and Tue mornings. Practically no service or support from the waiters at all.
We have then decided to go next door in the Mandarin Oriental for coffee, croissance...
Please don't bother to give the pineapple cake in the room, as its the worst pinapple cakes we ever have.
Room Deco is okay, your hardware are fine, while tremendous improvement must be made on your software and others.
