Great location, friendly staff. Room is a bit small but doable. Water pressure is good. Location wise, it's close to nightlife, night market, shopping districts and metro station. Would recommend this place!

Front desk were polite and courteous. The place was so clean. Although the rooms are small, they are very well planned. They are cleaned everyday. We always come back to a crisp and clean bed. The staff are very responsive. They attend to the needs of the guests promptly. The location is the best - very convenient! It made our first time in Taiwan special.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Room size wasn't big but the very short distance to Ximending MRT and all the attractions made up for it. Staff and service were incredible, exemplary Taiwanese hospitality and warmth. Would stay again for sure!

The staff made our stay 6 star. With the laundry, free coffee and chill out zone, we could not fault our stay. I bit of road noise until midnight, but that was all. Would highly recommend to everyone

The hotel is nearby all the major spots of city. Hotel is clean and tidy with an aesthetic look and feel. Jimmy and members of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They will help you with anything and everything. Food is amazing.

Great Location and Service

The hotel is located within a stone's throw away from the subway and heart of Ximending. The front desk staff was very patient with our enquiries and helped arrange for airport transfer which was at a very reasonable rate. Though the room was carpeted, a little dated and small, we still managed to have a comfortable overnight stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The room is very small, as displayed on the pictures so no surprise there. It is very clean, and well organized. The common area offers coffee, microwave, and there is a washing machine. Location is very good, close to metro station and Red house district.

Room is clean and of good size, comes with a bath and toiletries. Service and attitude of staff are impeccable and consistent across branches. Excellent location with nice cafes. Staff gave a handmade card and slice of cake for my birthday, very heartwarming. :)

Very clean hotel right across Ximending shopping street and Ximen subway. Hotel provides free washing machine and dryer (3 each). The pantry is well stocked with biscuits, coffee machine, water dispenser, microwave oven, toaster. They also have instant noodles (at reception counter from 10 pm to midnight) and snacks (in the room). The staff are friendly and helpful. You can also request for turn down service or room cleaning. It was a comfortable and satisfying experience staying here. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.
