The property is well located, right in front of the nice big Beitou Park and not far from Hot spring valley. There is a very nice French cafe/bakery attached to the hotel with incredible pastries and sandwiches. The hot spring bath in the room are incredible. The shower is so so though

Beitou Hotsprings Resort is a very nice place to stay! This is the first time I'm staying in Beitou and booked a Deluxe Room, 1 Double Bed for 1 night. The experience was amazing! The room was spacious and it came with your own personal steam room and onsen. It also has a patio which you can sit and enjoy your evening and sip a cup of wine. The amenities in the room were fantastic. Breakfast was provided and the buffet selection though small was good! We enjoyed the quiet ambience and the views of Beitou Park! The location of the hotel was amazing. It was short walking distance to eateries, thermal valley and the local museums. Also it's a short 2 minutes walk to Xinbeitou station which is your connecting MRT station to the main Beitou station. Hotel guests are given free access to the Hotel's Public Hotspring/Onsen area. The onsens are really nice and you'll definitely feel refreshed after a soak. Overall I enjoyed the stay there!

Really liked the location close to many restaurant. And also the hot spring bath in the room. But the room was freezing cold and the hotel had to bring us heaters because of the centralised airconditioning system. Worse, the toilets choked regularly despite us having to throw the toilet paper separately. Seems like a regular occurrence according to the well trained staff. But location of room is wonderful and we enjoyed our stay despite the inconveniences

Not too far from downtown Taipei and Yangminsan, nice rooms with ensuite hot spring water tub, sauna and steam shower. The best inclusive breakfast buffet ever! Friendly staff and surrounded by various restaurants.

The reception staffs are terrible. They never smile to hotel guests during check in and check out. The property doesn’t offer any help to customer’s’ luggage. The breakfast is better than pre-pandemic time. However, restaurant’s staffs service needs to be improved. The lady receptionist who looks after the public hot spring is very courteous and polite, always wears a smile to guests.

Very convenient location not far from Xinbeitou train station. The hotel itself could use some renovation, but it's in decent condition. It was nice having a personal hot spring, steam shower, and sauna in the room. Breakfast was ok.

Their check in time is 4 pm which is kind of late. But they let us in at around 2 pm, which is good. But the room we got is not very good. The tub for hot spring bath is perhaps 3 feet square, not big enough for one person to strach the legs and the shower did not have enough pressure and water was only dripping out. So the next day we asked to switch rooms. The second room has a regular size tub but the toilet is cloggedo. Otherwise, the room is nice. It has sunna in the room and the show room is also a steam room. The location of the hotel is convenient, right by the MRT new Beitou station and right across from Beitou Park. We can stroll to the Hot Spring Museum, and other tourist spots.

Clean, comfortable, with good bed and in room onsen. Breadfast has improved, and facilities are all working well. Third time im staying over 5 years, and will return. Location is super near new beitou mrt station, with fast and traditional food nearby.

Loved this place! The room was beautiful, clean, and well-designed with a complete spa (sauna plus hot spring bath) built right it! Bed was huge and very comfortable. It almost seemed a shame to leave the room and go sightseeing. WIFI was strong and steady. Breakfast had a lot of options. I had limited interaction with the desk staff, but they were able to talk to me in English and successfully convey information I needed. There's plenty of low-to-mid range food options around, and the Xinbeitou train station is just a block away, so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere you like.

Nice hotel, private tub, private sauna, private steam room. However, the water pressure is simply too weak when taking a shower, making it a pain to shower. The breakfast is rather sad with limited choices, better skip it and eat the ramen next door.
