"Truly professional, attentive and courteous staff; clean and beautifully maintained rooms and amenities; convenient location, short walk to metro and buses; a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and shop options nearby. Highly recommend this hotel, one of the best we have stayed with."
"as PERFECT as a boutique hotel can get--great location, not touristy but tucked in the center of Taipei, great room, great breakfast...but most of all, GREAT service from all the staff. "
"A beautiful hotel with an high level of interior design. Amazing detailing with a nod to luxury and comfort. The staff were wonderful, both friendly and warm. The rooms are extremely comfortable with a large bathroom. Breakfast was a real treat with both western and Taiwanese options

"It was nice that you can smoke outside, on the sides of the hotel, very convenient, the hotel has cameras outside so, that made me fell safe. Staff at the front desk was nice. The only thing that happened to me was when I was checking in I was told that I could go to have breakfast the first day, pay regular price and if I like it come back after breakfast and take advantage of the special price for the rest of our stay, we did it that way, but when I came back to the front desk the next day they told me that I had had to ordered when I check in, the associate who check me in was off, so they contacted him to verify what I was telling them I was told, it was a little bit annoying, but at the end they solved it, maybe the whole staff should be aware that it’s possible. Overall we like it"
"Spacious room with a fantastic view of the Taipei 101 Tower. Excellent metro service literally at the hotel doorto most key tourist sites. Bathroom is great with separate/soaker tub and beautiful shower."
