"We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive.
Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Such a contrast from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka central. And the view from the 5th floor! Breathtaking.
Very convenient to be shuttled from the train station. Thank you again. "
"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!"
"This is a very authentic Japanese hotel and appeared to be mostly Japanese tourists. The dinner buffet had very loud live performance and the audience was definitely into it. There's an onsen at this hotel and a pool. The pool closes early and opens late so heads up. We didn't really pay attention to where the hotel was. The property is in an area away from the city where we could get a taste of everyday life in Japan, so we were delighted every time we walked to and from the train stations. Plus, our host was very helpful and attentive, she assisted us to get our luggage forwarded to our next hotel.
We had an...

"Room is located in the heart of Dotonbori. Walk outside and you are on the main strip. Some taxis find it difficult to get close so if you can a lot of bags, you may be carrying them a few hundred metres which can be a little difficult when the area is busy. However this was a small inconvenience given the location. Rooms are small, however we did not spend a lot of time inside it so it suited our purpose. Despite being a loud night district, room was extremely quiet. Would return again. "
