訂的房型是豪華房所以房間很大，簡單到感覺空洞，有陽台但開不了陽台的門，沒有保險櫃，進浴室有關小台階，沒注意會差點絆倒。晚上前台可能值班不見得有人，如需要服務房間電話要按櫃檯才會通⋯其他客房服務等等按鈕都不通。整體感覺是住宿性質比較屬於日租套房。

櫃檯人員只有一位，所以check in時間排隊等蠻久的，中間剛好遇到電梯壞掉，感覺工作人員很慌張不知所措，有很大的改善空間。另外房間清潔有待加強，馬桶一打開就有明顯血漬。電梯異味有點重。隔壁棟的遊戲室通風不好，很悶

Check in 時 櫃檯沒人， 後來才請旁邊餐廳的服務人員去外面把人叫進來。 兩次早餐吃完後（餐點質量也未達該有的水準），離開時經過幾個服務生，既使眼睛看到我們離開甚至都對上眼了，不僅沒有說謝謝或再見，也都面無表情，這絕對不是個五星級飯店的服務，以兩天13000的價格，我是非常不推薦。

永豐棧大墩店住宿評論

房間清潔, 衛浴設備良好, 但床舖個人感覺太軟, 不知為何房間內電插頭只有三個可以用, 一個電視用, 二個由住房人輪流使用使用, 基本上房間內設置之快煮壼所在的插頭不能用, 浴室的插頭不能用, 吹風機不能用, 桌燈的插頭不能用, 所以相關的設備都是裝飾品, 擺好看的. 現代人起碼手機要充電, 只好輪流使用, 可使用的插頭上頭貼張紅點記號, 標示清楚. 還有早餐樣式雖多, 但不符口味, 不覺得好吃, 輸金典綠園道, 總体而言對永豐棧失望.
