二度と利用したくない宿です。 以下の点が非常に悪かったです。 1 予約時には「共同ドミトリー」と記載のあるものを予約したにもかかわらず、受付では「あなたは女性用の部屋を間違えて予約しているのと支払いが完了していない」と言われました。共同ドミトリーという表記を見せ、こちらでは、男女の選別はそもそもできないようになってること、メールできた領収書を説明しても、「あなたが間違えたから直してやる」というような態度でした。 それを直すのに、受付の女性スタッフは非常に手際が悪く、上司と思われる人と電話で話しながらも一向に部屋を変える手続きが終わらず、30分以上も待たされました。 2 やっと部屋に入って寝ようとしていたら、「マネージャーが来たから支払いの件をもう一度説明してくれ」と言われ、夜中に再度カウンターに呼ばれました。 最初の女性スタッフにした説明を同じように繰り返すも、マネージャーらしき女性は「支払いは完了していないから払え！」と怒鳴ってきました。 予約完了のメールや領収書を見せてもろくに見もせず、「理由はこちらじゃわからないから、Hotels.comのサービスセンターにでも聞いてくれ。」と聞き入れられませんでした。 3 上記1でスタッフの女性が部屋の変更がうまくできなかったためか、部屋に入るための暗証番号を手書きのメモで渡されました。 夜中にトイレのため部屋を出て、用を足した後部屋に入ろうとしましたが、渡された番号を間違いなく押しても一向にドアは開かず。 受付にスタッフがいるかどうか確認のためカウンターに行ってみるもやはりおらず。 部屋のエリアに入るための前面のドアも開けることができず、2時間以上ロビーにあるソファーで横になって待ちました。 明け方、出てきた台湾人の男性客に事情を説明したら前面のドアを開けてくれ、部屋に入るためのドアはなかなか開けられない私の様子に気付いて部屋の中にいる別の男性客が開けてくれて、やっと部屋に入ることができました。 チェックアウト時にその件を昨夜の女性スタッフに話したら、「私が書いた番号は間違っていない。なぜ開かなかったのは私は知らない。たぶんシステムの問題だろう」と、説明も謝罪もありませんでした。 ちなみに、明け方私がやっと部屋に入った後、同じ部屋の男性が洗面に行った帰りでしょうか、やはりドアをガチャガチャと何度も開けようと試みているが開かない様子で、私が中から開けたら、彼も「渡された番号で押したけど開かなかった。」と言っていました。 4 昨夜、結局現金で払った分の領収書を今朝もらうことになっていたので、昨夜のマネージャーらしき女性に早く渡すように催促しても「まずHotels.comに確認してみるからちょっと待ってくれ」と待たされました。 結局連絡がつかないようで、30分以上待たされてようやく領収書を渡しきました。 最終的にチャットからサポートセクションに事情を説明することができ、仲介して頂いて、カード決済した分を返金してもらうことで決着はつきましたが、非常に無駄な時間を過ごし、かつ不愉快な思いをさせられました。 蛇足ですが、私とほぼ同じタイミングでチェックインしてきた他の男性客も女性用の部屋を選んだ状態になっていたようで、激しく問答しておりました。 さらに他の女性客は腰が悪いから、上のベッドに指定されたのを下に変えてほしいと訴えていたようですが、聞き入れてもらえず怒っていたのが聞こえました。 今までこんなにあらゆる面で嫌な思いをした宿は初めてです。 今後どんなに安くても、この宿は二度と利用したくありません

CP值很高，但有些小問題

以上鋪床位的CP值來說真的非常不錯 床位空間寬敞，沒有壓迫感 使用自助check in/out 系統，浴廁寬敞乾淨 離火車站近，搭公車也很方便，對面就有超商 另外，有附毛巾跟簡易早餐真的是大加分 缺點部分，雖然床墊很舒服，但床板設計不合理 床板並不是平的，中間有根突起的橫樑，變成中間頭尾低的奇怪狀況，下舖似乎也是如此。 另外，退房後原本想使用投幣式的行李櫃，但發現是壞的，被吃了50元，由於趕著工作就沒處理，希望下次入住時這部分能完成修繕。

今年開いたこともあって設備はとても綺麗です。しかし値段の安さからか泊まる人の客層はあまり良くない感じです。あと気になったのはカウンターが基本的に機能してないことです。朝10時からくることになってますが10時過ぎてもいませんでした。
