The basin tap water pressure is too strong, when guest just check in will quite likely turn the tap on and water splashing to the guest, the toilet roller holder, wet the toilet roll, etc. also waste alot of water. Water pressure should be adjust to the right useand not overly strong. Overall, all gooda nd friendly stuff. Great stay for us.
