The staff was great, although they don’t speak English there is a person that goes by the name Lucia and she went out of her way to help me by using a translation app, she got my room ready before my time, offered me a bottle of water and called taxis for me when I needed them

Cleanliness, have to inform them to make up the room or else they won’t. Staff generally friendly and helpful except for a rather bossy women who kind of ruins the vibes with her attitude. Overall very nice play to stay at where they even offer supper for patrons

Staying a comfortable Hotel

We like the hotel room it has a great utility, nice interior design and comfortable bed/furniture. There is only one outside viewing in the room but was blocked by a building structure. The lobby is nice but very small. There is very minimal amenity in the hotel. We loved foods, services and the dining room design in the restaurant, the breakfast and night snack are fantastic. We like the manager and all the staffs Including front desk and restaurant personnel are very friendly and helpful. We loved staying in the hotel and will come back again, thank you very much.

We like the service and room and children play area, but we didnt like the toilet in our bathroom. It didn't completely flush and left urine and fecal matter behind. We had to flush so many times to get the toilet water to look "clean." The towels and bedsheets also seem kind of old, but everything else was good, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Do not stay here. The hotel was disgusting. I was put in one room where there were other peoples bodily hairs all over the “clean” room and the drains were blocked. I was then moved to a second room which absolutely stank of smoke. I stayed one night because I was exhausted and jet lagged but I checked out immediately the next morning. The hotel also refused to give me a refund for the 5 nights I was due to stay. Horrible place, horrible staff. Do not stay here!!
