Superior staff, location excellent, breakfast great, Downside is room super small, mattress super hard. Keep bumping into things in the bathroom due to small size, bed uncomfortable to be sleeping on beside being small. Otherwise, everything else is great.

The location is really convenient and good. The room was a little small but value for money and quite comfortable. Most of the staff are really polite too except for one, her face was so annoyed and just ignored us when we made eye contact.

Located next to Fengjia night market which is very convenient for food and shopping. Rooms are clean but small in space. It is not easy to reach here by train, recommend to take taxi or Uber.

Pro: Convenient location close to the largest night market and lots of dining options. Room was clean and modern. Con: 1. There was no option to pay for breakfast in the morning. You have to pay in advance during booking. 2. Our room was so hot when we first entered that we had to run the AC at max and leave the door open while waiting outside for 10 minutes. 3. The AC blew air directly at the head of the bed so I slept all night with cold air blasting at my head/face and woke up with a headache. Turning down the AC would leave the room too hot. Overall: do not recommend and would not stay again.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Very quiet considering Xitun is a busy area. Also has a small lobby. I hope to stay again! There is also a brunch place right next door worth checking out called LOWCA.

Superb stay at INNK Hotel
Hotel location is easy to find and accessible within Fengjia Night Market and other street food. Room was cozy & comfy with a nice window view and I am glad to always choose to stay here when I come to Taichung. There's a mini kitchen for u to cook in the 2nd level if u want and a big living room for u to enjoy the TV and relax. Laundry located on the top level is good for guest to use also. Receptionist are all friendly and helpful and I highly recommend travellers to stay here when coming to Taichung Thank you Jenny, Louis, Una, Abby, Blaire, Cathy and other front desk staff and receptionist for the excellent service and I look forward to my next stay with u all again:)

A bit disappointing with this hotel. The room is quite dusty especially the bed linen and pillows. Not much of interaction from the front staff and I feel the housekeeping can still be improved.

Very convenient location to night market. Hotel as a large common lounge for guests to relax and enjoy if a big group stay at the hotel. Kitchen serves good coffee!

Lovely staff, clean rooms, close to night market
Very friendly, helpful and resourceful. They had kept confidential my request to arrange a surprise for a family member who was going to propose during the stay. Not only did they upgraded their room, but Hotel went out of their way to decorate it. Location was excellent next to night market, nice local eateries for breakfast. Room was clean. Our rented car was too long for the hotel’s garage but they arranged for it to be parked about 5 mins walk away. If not rainy season, no problem at all. One of their staff even gave us good tips when we drove to Tainan on a day trip.

Friendly, helpful staff, close to night market
The staff went out of their way to accommodate my request to arrange something for my nephew who was proposing to his girlfriend. They surprised us by upgrading his room and decorated it specially. Thank you to everyone of the kind staff

From the location to the amenities, everything was excellent. It would be outstanding if the breakfast was of Asian rather than European cuisine.

Poor Service
The worst service I have ever had in a Taiwanese hotel. Very prompt at chasing you out of the hotel, calls 30 mins before check out time. However, they don't even bother to help you with your luggage, or open the door, no smile, no greetings, no help with grabbing a cab or taxi. I came to this hotel for the high ratings, and good service. If this is the case, I would have stayed in La Vida across the street (which I have stayed in) and had excellent service.

Good hotel convenient location
Everything is good. Room is modern new and clean. Size is reasonable ok. Location is excellent. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Only thing i dont like is the toilet make of transparent glass door. There is no privacy. Even couples will need some privacy in the toilet. There is roller blinds but it is super troublesome and it is still see through

Nice room with excellent location
Everything was excellent. Room size just nice. Decor modern and room is clean. Excellent location as very near to Fengjia Night Market and yet away from the noise. Excellent soundproofing as the door is solid and thick. Only complain I have is the toilet is see through with glass door. Though look nice but not practical at all as no privacy when doing your business. Have to lower blinds every time u use the toilet. Shower area is dim as no direct light over it.
