There was an issue with the amount charged. Refund took a few days. But the hotel personnel were very helpful. They said that it was due to wrong information from hotels.com. Whatever it is, it was a distressing situation. Else, it was a nice hotel. It is however located in a quiet alley. It could be quite scary if you are arriving late at night.

This is a weird hostel in different aspects : 1. With a 'do not disturb' light on my door, a lady still knocked on my dpor and asked me if I needed room ssrvice. 2. The receptionists were overall rude. They looked like untrained or not properly supervised. When I asked questions at the front deak, they seemed to reply me in a hurry. 3. I was toold the check-out time is 11 am. But at 10:40 am the front desk 'reminded' me again which is unnecessary and a bit disturbing. It is a small hostel. In comparing to the price, I have stayed in other Taichung hotels with much better quality. So, to me, the hotel is overrated.

그냥 깔끔하지만 깨끗하다는 생각은 안들음. 그래도 로비, 엘레베이터는 깨끗하고 로비가 항상 밝아서 좋았음 수압 좋고, 타이중역 가까워서 접근성 좋음. 근처에 편의점 있어서 좋았고 라라포트까지 걸어갈 수 있다.

舒適的住宿體驗

很舒服的一次住宿，櫃臺的服務人員很親切。旁邊賣的商品也很好用，不小心敗了三件商品。孩子說下次還要去住～ 比較可惜的是..沒有專屬停車場，希望可以與週邊的停車場合作，回飯店的時候就不用一直在附近找車位了！

地點佳優質影音飯店

離台中火車站和大魯閣很近，有汽機車停車位，有提供腳踏車，飯店旁邊（很近）就有機車可以租。 房間很安靜，每樓層電梯旁都有冰溫熱飲水機可以，房間有提供像日本一樣的除臭劑，很有用，可以買一瓶回家試試，床不是非常軟所以對我這張愛睡硬床的來說，很愛。浴室乾濕分離，但一次性盥洗用具不主動提供，要跟櫃檯拿。 最最最推的是有免費會員的影音Netflix 和Disney 可看，看整晚。很棒的飯店，以後來台中就只住這間，平日用Hotels.com找到一晚含稅940，雙人床，真的賺到。

整體而言沒有甚麼不好的地方 但美中不足就是wifi非常不穩 全程顯示離線 無法使用 最後只能用自己的熱點分享 而且夜班櫃檯態度很差 我租用一晚＜雙＞人房 我一人先行入住 朋友下班後趕來 卻說要加收800 有了這次經驗 之後只要兩人旅行我也不會考慮貴店
